Terms and Conditions

• Reservations are made by telephone, e-mail or via the website. Your personal details are used to process your request.

• Reservations are guaranteed by written confirmation from us and are considered firm and definitive, unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation conditions (see below).
  
• Reservations are guaranteed according to the rates and conditions indicated for the period in question. Rates and conditions may not be renewed for subsequent bookings.

Terms of payment :
Either in prepayment if tariff non-refundable and non-cancellable, or by payment of a deposit of 30% when ordering, the balance on the day of departure by cheque or CB or bank transfer or by CB, ANCV cheque or cash on the day of departure according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions :
A booking can be cancelled Free of charge up to 2 days before the start date of the services, beyond which time the 30% deposit will be retained and may be used as a deposit for a subsequent booking.

Mediations voyages tourisme :
In the absence of a satisfactory response, or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website www.mtv.travel
